Prof. Reggie Davidrajuh

University of Stavanger, Norway

BIO: Reggie Davidrajuh received a Masters Degree in Control Systems Engineering and a PhD in Industrial Engineering, both from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He also received a DSc (habilitation degree) from the AGH University of Science and Technology, Poland. He is now a professor of Informatics at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, the University of Stavanger, Norway. He is also a visiting professor to the faculty of mechanical engineering, Silesian University of Technology, Poland. His current research interests are discrete-event dynamic systems, modelling, simulation and performance analysis, algorithms, and graph theory. He is a senior member of IEEE and a Fellow of British Computer Society. He is also a member of the Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences (NTVA).

Assoc. Prof. Lisu  Yu

Nanchang University, China

BIO: Lisu Yu received a Ph.D. degree at Key Laboratory of Information Coding and Transmission, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China. He was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, USA, and the University of Houston, Houston, TX, USA. He has served as the student activities chair of IEEE Communication Society Chengdu Chapter and several international conferences technical program committee (TPC) members, Section Chair, and Special Track Chair. He is now serving as an Area Editor of the Elsevier Physical Communication, Associate Area Editor of Journal of Electronics & Information Technology, and Editor of the Elsevier Computer Communications, PeerJ Computer Science, PLOS ONE, and Frontiers in Signal Processing for Communications, and a Managing Guest Editor of Elsevier Internet of Things and Cyber-Physical Systems, and IEEE Communications Society Technical Committee on Green Communications and Computing (TCGCC) and Signal Processing and Computing for Communications (SPCC) Members. He is a Senior Member of CIC. He is currently an associate professor in the School of Information Engineering, Nanchang University, China. His main research interests include advanced wireless communications (B5G/6G), machine learning, non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA), ultra-dense network (UDN), unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), visible light communication (VLC), and blockchain.

Prof. Saman Halgamuge

BIO: Prof Saman Halgamuge, Fellow of IEEE, IET and AAIA, received the B.Sc. Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, and the Dipl.-Ing and Ph.D. degrees in data engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany. He is currently a Professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the School of Electrical Mechanical and Infrastructure Engineering, The University of Melbourne, Australia. He is also an honorary professor of Australian National University. He is listed as a top 2% most cited researcher for AI and Image Processing in the Stanford database. He was a distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (2018-21). His research interests are in AI, machine learning including deep learning, optimization, big data analytics and their applications in biomedicine and engineering.
